Job Description
- The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, ensuring the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- You will lead a team of warehouse staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure all operations comply with company standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse team members to achieve operational targets
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory counts
- Ensure warehouse is organised, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards
