Core Job Responsibilities

• Goods Receiving and Data Entry: Verify quantity, model, and appearance against Purchase Orders (PO) before signing off; print and affix barcode labels, store goods in designated zones by category, and promptly update receiving data in the WMS to ensure physical-vs-system consistency.
• Accurate Picking and Outbound Delivery: Pick and double-check goods strictly per Sales Orders or Transfer Orders; coordinate with loaders to obtain driver’s signature upon shipment; update outbound data promptly and file relevant documents to ensure zero delivery errors.
• Inventory Custody and Environment Control: Strictly implement the FIFO rule; maintain neat stacking and clear aisles in assigned areas; enforce dust-proof, moisture-proof, and fire-proof measures; conduct regular inspections and report abnormalities immediately.
