About this role
iHerb is hiring a Warehouse Department Lead - Interim for its Hebron, KY logistics hub. This is a warehouse operations role responsible for overseeing receiving, put-away, order processing, and outbound shipping activities, keeping the department running to established productivity and accuracy standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets and label merchandise
- Pick, pack and merge orders; re-bag/re-ticket, replenish and stock merchandise as needed
- Verify accuracy of production and location; assign product locations
- Perform manual, computer, and RF-scanner functions to enter data into warehouse systems
- Manage workflow based on available workload and order volume
- Coordinate with leads from other departments and report issues to management
- Train team members, ensure accuracy, and maintain productivity levels
