About this role
PURPOSE OF POSITION/ MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC
- Responsible for managing warehouse storage location data in Excel.
- Ensure storage location information is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
- Use the SAP system to perform outbound transactions in support of packaging requirements.
- Ensure smooth warehouse and packaging operations.
RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY/ TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ QUYỀN HẠN
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of warehouse location records.
- Update storage location changes, material locations, and related records in Excel.
- Perform outbound transactions in SAP and ensure system records match the actual materials issued.
- Provide the correct materials on time according to packaging requirements.
- Assist in confirming the availability of packaging materials to avoid delays in operations.
