Job Description
- Welcome guests warmly and deliver attentive table service from arrival through to farewell.
- Build confident knowledge of the food and beverage menus, ingredients, allergens and preparation methods so you can guide guests naturally.
- Take orders accurately, make thoughtful recommendations and use your product knowledge to enhance the experience and average spend.
- Manage your section with strong attention to timing, table maintenance, check-backs and guest cues.
- Communicate clearly with Culinary, bar, runners and managers to ensure orders are accurate and service flows smoothly.
- Prepare your section before service and maintain excellent presentation, cleanliness and mise en place throughout the shift.
- Recognise and communicate allergies, dietary requirements, celebrations, VIPs and special requests.
