Job Description
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, garnishes, and preparation methods to confidently assist guests with recommendations and inquiries.
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional, personalized in-room food and beverage service with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Set up, present, and serve meals according to departmental standards, ensuring proper table settings, presentation, and portion control.
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly while actively promoting additional F&B services and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of trolleys, workstations, equipment, and storage areas at all times.
- Follow food safety and HACCP standards rigorously to ensure guest safety and compliance.
