Section: Overview Wing Assistant is hiring a full-time, remote Construction Estimating Virtual Assistant to handle bidding, scope development, and material takeoff processes.
Section: Job Details & Compensation
- Salary: $900 per month (or a range of $900–$980/month depending on listing sections).
- Schedule: Full-time, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST.

Section: Key Responsibilities
- Bid & Scope Preparation: Write commercial bid proposals, scope sheets, and explicit lists of inclusions and exclusions.
- Quantity Takeoffs & Estimating: Perform detailed material and labor quantity takeoffs from drawings, and finalize line-item estimates in Contractor Foreman.
