As a Vice President in the WM Solutions Product Development team, you will be responsible for transforming and overseeing governance frameworks, due diligence processes, and fund structures across pooled investment solutions.
You will be responsible for overseeing governance frameworks and due diligence processes across fund structures. Working closely with key stakeholders, internal committees, and fund boards, you will ensure robust governance standards aligned with regulatory requirements. As part of a newly established team, you will help shape its structure, workflows, and operating models, while also leading and mentoring team members.
