What the Category Vendor Manager does at Worldwide
Responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of all clinical vendors to ensure security and safety of supply throughout the lifecycle of Worldwide’s clinical trials.
Through the utilisation of vendor performance measurement tools, risk management plans, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, the Vendor Performance Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure that vendors’ performance complies with agreed SLAs and quality standards.
What you will do
- Establish and maintain business relationships with third-party service providers providing services in support of clinical trials.
- Implement Worldwide’s vendor governance program strategy. Responsibilities include monitoring, measuring, and reporting on the compliance rate and effectiveness of the program.
