John Stark Regional High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Varsity Softball Head Coach to lead our student-athletes for the upcoming 2026-27 season.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for softball, a commitment to student-athlete development, and the ability to foster a positive, competitive, and inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop softball student-athletes both on and off the field.
- Plan, organize, and execute practices, game strategies, and team meetings.
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth among student-athletes.
- Collaborate effectively with assistant coaches, athletic staff, school administration and team boosters.
- Represent the softball program positively within the school and broader community.
