The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products directly to retail customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring proper merchandising, and achieving sales targets while effectively managing stock within the assigned sales van.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets within the designated territory.
- Ensure adequate stock availability in the van to meet customer demand.
- Visit customers regularly according to approved route plans and call schedules.
- Promote company products and drive sales through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain proper product visibility and merchandising standards at retail outlets.
