Our client needs a Value Stream Manager for their team. This full-time, direct-hire role will lead all activities within the assigned value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives.
Responsibilities of the Value Stream Manager
- Serve as the operational leader for the assigned value stream
- Manage resource allocation, staffing, capacity, and production priorities to meet customer requirements
- Ensure execution of the production plan and adherence to operational schedules
- Address production constraints and implement solutions that improve performance and workflow
- Lead, develop, and coach supervisors and frontline teams
- Drive Lean Manufacturing principles and operational excellence initiatives
- Use performance metrics and operational data to identify opportunities and eliminate waste
