We are seeking a Vacuum Technician to assemble, test, and maintain ultra-high vacuum (UHV) components and systems in a hands-on production/lab environment. This role includes mechanical assembly, leak checking, troubleshooting vacuum performance issues, routine maintenance on pumps and related hardware, and documenting test/service results while partnering with engineering and production teams to meet quality and delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble UHV components/systems per drawings, specs, and SOPs
- Perform leak checks and troubleshoot vacuum issues
- Maintain pumps, gauges, seals, and related hardware
- Document test results and service work clearly and accurately
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support quality and on-time delivery
