Kalepa is seeking an Underwriting AI & Platform Specialist to help mutual insurers grow responsibly by improving speed, consistency, and control. You will operate at the intersection of underwriting, technology, and servicing, delivering value to members and agents while preserving the disciplined risk appetite that defines mutual insurers.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to automate routine work and provide best-in-class servicing to agents, members, and their communities.
- Evaluate every submission against appetite and guidelines to ensure consistent risk selection and improved reinsurance terms.
- Integrate Kalepa via API with existing systems and deploy incrementally to deliver measurable impact quickly without a long implementation program.
