Undergraduate Program Coordinator and Advisor
The Undergraduate Program Coordinator acts as a primary contact and coordinator for all aspects of undergraduate coursework in the Chemistry Department and works in collaboration with the Undergraduate Program faculty and staff.
Responsibilities

45% Undergraduate Academic Advising:

Act as primary departmental academic advisor for Chemistry undergraduate students

Triage advising email and respond as appropriate

Coordinate all aspects of the Chemistry ADP/ SUGS MS program

35% Undergraduate Development, Outreach and Programming:
-
Lead Undergraduate events and programming for undergraduate student enrichment, including evaluating and expanding the impact of current offerings

Market and advertise Chemistry majors and minors and serve as a representative of the Chemistry Department across campus.
