Requirements

Comfortable and proficient with Figma

Has basic UX skills and can design clear user flows

Able to design intuitive and user-friendly UI

Can build and maintain a consistent design system

Communicates clearly

Takes feedback well and can make improvements based on feedback

Pays strong attention to detail

Must have 1–2 completed projects in their portfolio
