Head of Truck Center가 수립한 직영 트럭센터의 비전, 주요 전략 및 운영 방향에 따라 담당 센터의 목표와 실행계획을 주도적으로 수립하고, Head of Truck Center와 긴밀히 협업하여 이를 실행합니다. 또한 지역 시장과 고객 요구, 센터의 운영 현황 및 성과를 분석하여 사업기회와 개선 우선순위를 발굴하고, 필요한 자원과 역량을 효과적으로 배치합니다. 정비, 리셉션, 부품 및 지원 기능 간의 협업을 이끌며, 구성원이 안전한 작업환경에서 적합한 역량과 장비를 바탕으로 고품질 서비스를 제공하도록 관리합니다. 아울러 고객과의 장기적인 관계를 강화하고, 성과관리와 지속적 개선을 통해 고객만족, 운영효율 및 지속 가능한 수익성을 확보합니다.
