Job title: Transportation Coordinator
Your Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international inbound transportation activities between suppliers and logistics partners.
- Manage the end-to-end administration of inbound shipments.
- Review, validate, and approve transportation invoices in SAP.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, purchasing teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve transportation-related issues.
- Handle EKAER registration and administration, as well as customs-related documentation.
- Ensure transportation and delivery deadlines are met in line with operational requirements.
- Support KPI tracking and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Request and evaluate quotations for express transports.
- Manage additional transportation cost administration and invoice processing.
