Role Summary
The Transformation Lead leads ANZ’s AI-enabled commercial transformation. The role is part of the ANZ Commercial Leadership Team and reports directly to the Country President.
The role has two connected parts. First, it runs a disciplined programme of small, fast tests that use AI and data to better reach and serve patients and customers, then scales what works into everyday business practice. Second, it ensures ANZ has the AI skills, tools and ways of working needed to run this model well, rather than relying on isolated pockets of expertise.
