Job title: Transaction Monitoring Officer
We are seeking a Transaction Monitoring Officer to monitor customer transactions, investigate alerts, and ensure timely filing of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer transactions through the Bank's Transaction Monitoring System and other relevant platforms to identify unusual or potentially suspicious activities.
- Review, analyze, and investigate alerts generated by the transaction monitoring system and other monitoring platforms in a timely and risk-based manner.
- Ensure all alerts are appropriately assessed, documented, and resolved within established service level timelines.
- Escalate high-risk, complex, or unusual cases to the Team Lead for further review and guidance.
