- Das erwartet dich
- In deiner neuen Rolle unterstützt unser Team, indem du Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen in der pAV konzipierst, ausrollst und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelst
- Du entwickelst IDD-konforme Qualifizierungsmodule für Präsenz- und digitale Formate für Multiplikator:innen und Vertriebspartner:innen, gestaltest innovative Lern- und Qualifizierungsformate und nutzt zukunftsweisende Technologien wie Künstliche Intelligenz zur Unterstützung moderner Lernprozesse
- Du konzipierst Fach- und Vertriebsschulungen sowie Train-the-Trainer-Maßnahmen für Multiplikator:innen und Vertriebsteams und führst diese im Rahmen von Vertriebstagungen, Vertriebs-Soundings, Dialogplattformen sowie in zentralen und dezentralen Vertriebsqualifizierungsformaten durch
