What you will do
The Total Rewards Intern supports Compensation and Benefits operations through data management, process documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement activities. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, maintaining process documentation, identifying gaps and risks within existing processes, and supporting the alignment of Compensation and Benefits practices across the organization. The intern will partner with all HR functions and external vendors to improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Compensation and Benefits teams in maintaining accurate employee and program data across HR systems and reporting tools.
- Assist with the preparation, validation, analysis, and distribution of Compensation and Benefits reports, dashboards, and metrics.
