About this role

Demonstrates a proven high level of knowledge and skill in the following:

Diagnose Molds to repair or replace parts and make adjustments as needed.
Inspects Molds to insure proper operation.
Responsible for entering ALL work orders and PMs into the system on your shift.
Troubleshoots hydraulic circuits and cooling circuits.
Make sure inventory is maintained on replacement components.
Troubleshoot electrical circuits and thermal issues.
Oversees major amount of work required for each mechanical project assigned.
Trains specialized skills for enhancing lesser skilled personnel.
Performs welding (MIG, Micro MIG, TIG) as needed.
Must be able to perform ALL duties of the Maintenance A, and B position.
Miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned. Mold Cleaning, Mold Setting, Minor Mold Maintenance
