Job Summary
Our client, an established travel agency, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to support its travel service operations. The successful candidate will handle flight booking support, fare checks, client communication, ticketing documentation, CRM updates, Amadeus or airline portal monitoring, transaction records and ticketing-to-finance handover. The role requires someone who can respond promptly to client requests, check travel details accurately, maintain proper records and support smooth ticketing service delivery.
