About the Role
Rayfield Medical Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Theatre Nurse to provide safe and effective perioperative nursing care and support surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care before, during and after surgery.
- Assist surgeons and the theatre team during procedures.
- Prepare the theatre and ensure availability of instruments.
- Monitor patients throughout the surgical process.
- Maintain a sterile environment and comply with healthcare standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- B.NSc or Registered Nurse qualification.
- Current NMCN practising licence.
- Perioperative Nursing qualification/certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
