Opportunity Overview
The Test Development Engineering (TDE) Team at Teradyne’s North Reading, MA headquarters is responsible for developing the test strategy, test equipment, test software, self-test software and procedures for new product introductions. We are currently seeking a Test Development Engineering Manager and leader with strong coaching and communication skills to oversee all aspects of test development supporting our Defense & Aerospace products. This group consists of test development and hardware verification engineers of various experience levels, and the role will manage 8-10 individual contributors.
Responsibilities include:
- Hire, mentor, develop, and retain test development engineering staff, cultivating a diverse and inclusive, collaborative team culture where everyone has impact, feels engaged and motivated, and can grow on their own personal journey
