Section: Responsibilities
- Coordinate EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, ITTs, Prequalification, and Tender Submissions.
- Prepare compliance matrices, bid documentation, submission trackers, and tender packages.
- Manage statutory, regulatory, and compliance documentation.
- Support permit processing, renewals, vendor registrations, and audit readiness.
- Liaise with commercial, technical, QHSE, finance, legal, and operations teams.
- Assist with capability statements, company presentations, and business development support activities.
Section: Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, Law, Maritime Studies, Project Management, or related discipline.
