Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Technology Director. In this role, you will define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations work processes. You will identify and prioritize opportunities where intelligent automation can improve decision-making, strengthen operational performance, and create sustainable business value. You will guide responsible adoption in partnership with Operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, reliability, governance, and the needs of Dow sites and businesses. You will also provide mentoring and coaching to people leaders and professional individual contributors and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment grounded in integrity, customer focus, continuous improvement, and empowerment.
