- Analyze and interpret source technical materials, including API references, developer guides, and release notes, to produce well-structured documentation.
- Create and edit high-quality technical content—guides, tutorials, architecture documents—that clarify complex topics for audiences ranging from developers to business stakeholders.
- Apply information architecture best practices to organize and present documentation for ease of use, discoverability, and scalability. Section: Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience producing developer or product documentation (API docs, integration guides, onboarding materials, tutorials, release notes).
- Expertise in technical writing, information architecture, and editing for mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
