Location Woodchester, Glos Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
Key responsibilities

Deliver face-to-face training across a variety of manufacturing and assembly skills.

Develop, review, and maintain training materials to ensure content remains accurate and effective.

Maintain employee training records and associated documentation, both electronically and in hard-copy formats.

Coordinate and schedule new starter, refresher, and skills development training courses.

Support the assessment, selection, and onboarding of new assembly operators.

Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.

Promote best practice and adherence to quality and process standards throughout all training activities.
