About the Role
To provide technical support by carrying out training, demos, tests and preparing samples as required by the commercial sales team.
a. Main Tasks
- Preparing samples and demo kits
- Assist with product training, demos, tests at site with applicators / contractors
Product Samples and Packaging
- Ensure that all product samples are properly prepared as requested by the Target Market Managers, Regional Managers and Sales Managers or Sales Executives.
TSD Working Space
- Arrange all tools and materials.
- Ensure that signs / labels are properly displayed at workstation.
- Remove all old and unused materials.
- Ensure that TSD working area is clean and tidy and is a safe working environment.
Equipment
- Ensure TSD all equipment is maintained in clean and good condition and is calibrated.
