Provide technical service to support existing business and realize new projects in the field of adhesive, sealants, coating etc.
Led by Technical Service Manager, carry out product testing, delivering results in accordance with agreed project objectives and timelines
It focuses on Automotive OES business and basically has lab test obligations.
Collaborate with Sales and visit key customers and when necessary to establish technical relationship
Deal with quality complaints and claims with a positive attitude, propose and develop solutions to the problems.
Establish and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders (i.e. equipment manufacturers, suppliers etc) to achieve goals for technical service.
Operate laboratory work ensuring compliance with the company’s Health & Safety policy and other external regulations.
