Technical Project Specialist II
SCOPE: Independently oversee the build of custom fire trucks. Assist in the design and configuration of the truck in the early stages and then manage the project through the build process. This involves acting as a liaison between the sales representative/customer and the engineering and manufacturing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review incoming orders for completeness and conformance to established requirements (NFPA/ULC)
- Facilitate prebuild meetings with dealers and customers with staff support.
- Resolve engineering order review questions with dealers.
- Coordinates and participates in final inspections and delivery of units with dealers and customers.
- Reviews change orders for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established company requirements, with staff support as needed, while performing associated clerical duties.
