About the Role
Technical Field Service Engineer role with BD, based in Germany with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. The position focuses on service delivery for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems and PARATA technologies, with travel across Europe to DoD accounts, meetings, conferences, and training.
What You'll Do
- Provide remote and on-site reactive service for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems & PARATA technologies located within hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare facilities.
- Service primarily hardware and software system components located in U.S. Department of Defense sites (DOD).
- Participate in installation and upgrades of these systems and execute a preventative maintenance program.
- Participate in pre-installation testing, reconfiguring, and documentation of uncovered technical issues for Pyxis and PARATA systems.
