Role Overview
The Technical Delivery PMO Governance Lead is responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving the Technical Delivery PMO for Global Gaming initiatives. This role leads the design and implementation of PMO standards, processes, tools, and templates to ensure consistent project delivery. The position involves partnering with Project Managers, Application Owners, and cross-functional teams to enforce governance, enhance transparency, and drive disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and standardize PMO governance frameworks, processes, and approval workflows.
- Design and implement standardized templates for project charters, status reports, and RAID logs.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize project management tools, such as Wrike or Monday.com.
