Role brief Whitehouse Design Curators is seeking an experienced Technical Assistant to provide technical leadership across its real estate development, construction, and property projects. The role will oversee technical project delivery, land and property due diligence, regulatory compliance, construction quality, procurement, facilities, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will serve as a key technical adviser to the Managing Director and coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant regulatory authorities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory requirements.
