Technical Account Associate (HRS)
Role Overview: The Technical Account Associate supports the Technical Account Manager's in their management of portfolios of post-implementation Huron Research Suite clients serving as the secondary technical client relationship contact. As a Technical Account Associate, you will build strong rapport with stakeholders in your portfolio, remotely working to assist Account Managers in advancing the aspects of the client's program. A successful candidate will have excellent organization and communication skills who is able to cross collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholder teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supports clients with focus on achieving service level agreements
- Supplements Technical Account Managers key client portfolios
