Team Lead - International Construction Insurance
We have an excellent opportunity to join our International Construction team as a Team Leader.
Leading a team of three colleagues, the successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention and a strong focus on new business development.
We are looking for someone with a strong technical insurance background within one or more of the North American, Latin American or Caribbean construction markets, together with experience in team/people management.
The Role
- Manage client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored risk management solutions.
- Identify and maintain active relationships with key decision makers and budget holders within client organisations.
