About the Role As Team Lead, Forward Deploy Engineers, you will lead a team of engineers who work directly with our customers to build and ship AI agents on the Curie Agent Platform. You'll combine hands-on technical leadership — setting the bar for how the team scopes, designs, and ships agents — with hiring, coaching, and owning our most strategic customer relationships. You'll also be the primary channel turning field learnings into product and roadmap decisions. What You'll Do
- Lead a team of engineers who work directly with customers to build and ship AI agents on the Curie Agent Platform.
- Set the bar for scoping, design, and shipping agents; provide hands-on technical leadership.
- Hire, coach, and manage strategic customer relationships; translate field learnings into product roadmaps. What We're Looking For
