Job Summary
The Technical Team Lead is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and providing technical direction to the company's field engineers and technicians. The role involves ensuring that installations, maintenance, repairs, surveys, network deployments, and other technical activities are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the company's technical standards. The Team Lead will also monitor field performance, troubleshoot technical issues, allocate jobs to engineers, and ensure timely resolution of customer and network-related technical issues.
