Role Objective
- Our client is looking for a Team Lead to oversee and support in achieving business targets while ensuring effective team performance, operational efficiency, quality standards, and excellent customer service.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily team operations, ensuring productivity targets and service standards are consistently achieved.
- Drive sales and client acquisition by identifying new business opportunities and engaging prospective clients.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, attendance, and operational KPIs, taking corrective action where required.
- Coordinate task allocation and team coverage to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate action plans to improve individual and team results.
