Embark on a transformative retail journey as a Taqadom Retail Program Trainee. This program is designed to cultivate future retail leaders by immersing you in various facets of the retail business. You will develop a holistic understanding of retail operations, client engagement, operations and brand representation, contributing to both individual growth and collective objectives within our dynamic retail environment.
Job responsibilities
Program Engagement & Learning
- Actively participate in an intensive 24-month structured learning program.
- Successfully complete three 8-month rotations across several key retail functions within our stores.
