Trust Wallet is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract and evaluate candidates.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Requirements
- 3-5 Year of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the tech, fin-tech industry.
- Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
