Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for aggressively sourcing and recruiting top-performing candidates for management and craft positions. In this role, you will utilize a variety of resources, such as job posting outlets, social media, and working within our current workforce to source and hire talent. This job requires a high-energy individual that is driven to fuel our growing business with talented individuals across all departments. There will be limited daily oversight and a great opportunity to innovate, build, and implement the strategic direction of the department. Ultimately, the responsibilities of this individual are to ensure that Astreya attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
