Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Drive effective talent sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate PMS activities, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and PIPs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and performance records.
- Partner with Line Managers and stakeholders on talent and performance needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment with hands-on PMS experience.
- Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
