This position reports to: Resource Manager
In this role, you will drive the effective delivery of ABB’s Service portfolio, ensuring alignment with safety standards and ABB processes to exceed customer expectations. Provide expert technical support, act as a subject matter specialist, and resolve complex issues within your field. Proactively engage with customers and ABB sales teams to understand needs, build trust, and identify opportunities to grow the Service business. Based remotely, this role includes regular travel across UK offices and to customer sites, both onshore and offshore.
