System Administrator
Job Purpose The System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day technical support of end-user hardware, IT asset lifecycle management, system upgrades, operating system administration, and print server operations across the organisation. The role is the first line of hands-on technical support for hardware issues and owns the accuracy and integrity of the organisation's IT asset register through consistent tracking and tagging. This is a dedicated, full-time technical role reporting to the Technical Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware Technical Support & Repairs: Provide first- and second-line technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals; diagnose faults and carry out or coordinate hardware repairs to minimise user downtime.
