Description
- Swim Coach in Lagos. Full-time, on-site. Salary ₦400,000–₦500,000 monthly.
Requirements
- Recognised swimming coaching qualification/certification
- Current lifeguard certification
- Current First Aid, CPR and/or AED certification
- Minimum 3–5 years’ swimming coach/lifeguard experience, preferably in a school
- Strong swimming, water safety and rescue knowledge
- Safeguarding awareness and strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Sports Coaching or related field is an advantage
- International/British curriculum school experience is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Deliver swimming lessons and coaching sessions
- Plan sessions and monitor student progress
- Ensure pool and equipment safety
- Act as lifeguard during activities and events
- Enforce pool safety rules and conduct safety checks
