Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Commercial Insurance Marine P&L, product strategy, and portfolio performance to deliver profitable growth and sustained business results.
- Set direction for rating, state filings, forms, and pricing models to support competitive market positioning and sound underwriting execution.
- Guide the rollout of the new Marine Product and Duck Creek policy administration system, while partnering with other divisions that may benefit from shared third-party data or technical components of the marine platform.
- Identify opportunities to leverage shared data, tools, and technical capabilities across divisions to enhance efficiency, consistency, and enterprise value.
