Purpose of the role
The Sustainability, Facilities, & EHS Manager supports the safety and environmental culture at SKF. This role is to ensure the respect and application of the Health, Environmental, and Safety rules according to local regulatory codes, ISO 45001 / 14001, and SKF Group Standards. This role will work towards compliance and sustainability objectives set by SKF Group and MSU Business Unit.
Sustainability Strategy and Reporting [40%]
- Act as the local sustainability subject-matter lead and translate SKF Group and SKF Magnetic commitments into practical site programs, targets, and initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the site sustainability roadmap, including Net Zero, waste, circularity, water, responsible sourcing, and other applicable priorities.
